Do you use, or plan on using, SytheIRC?

I'll cover this like you'll be able to comprehend. If any of it is confusing, let me know .

Ok, after you install mirc, run mirc.exe. It will ask you for a few details, all of which are obvious. Use an alias, or your real name, it doesn't matter. Put in your email, and click ok, etc.

Now, close out of the 'server' window that pops up, and in the typing bar at the bottom, type '/server irc.sythe.org' it will connect you to the server, and run down a bunch of tl;dr.

Now type '/login <IRC_Token>' and it will say:

Now, type '/join #IRCSythe'. And begin chatting . Hope this helps, if you get stuck, just ask.

 

Funny, I really haven't experienced any trolling at all and I'm nearly always in the IRC.

The reason for why he feels he was trolled because, a ban evader joined the irc, i said "vader's gonna vade", he joined just as i said it and took it personally, and because he took it personally, it seemed suspicious so we asked him questions then he left while calling us trolls. :S

 

Well at least we know you're always right about 'vaders.

well iv used to use irc's when i pk n stuff but i think we had like ROT come in our irc once sooo he probs took ips n did his job

 

I don't know who/what ROT is but in the Sythe IRC no one can get your IP address except forum admins, who can get it from the forums anyway.

 

Don't plan on it, everyone i've met in the community is a dick to me.

 

I am in there usually 24/7 unless I get disconnected for some reason, but im afk half the time

 

Give it a try, it's good way to get to know people if you're new.

And there's no need to worry about the security, anyone who uses it maliciously will be banned from both the IRC and the forums.

Most people that have been in the IRC so far have been real mature and real friendly. We have some great conversations and talk about different stuff. Just try it out
