NVIDIA GeForce 9300 GE

^shitsux

other than that you're good

but you'll need a graphics card down the line if you want to do any srs gaming

Go Alienware for a decent rig :)

ROFL

Anyways, it's not great...you'll be able to play WoW or low-end games like that but don't expect to play Crysis with Vista running. The 9300 card sucks balls and I'm not an AMD person myself either. You've got enough RAM, but if you want a better experience go put XP on it ;)

With a setup like that he doesn't have to, it will run perfectly fine.

This is coming from a regular gamer...

If you want to maximize your performance get XP.

If you want a pretty interface and lots of BSODs get Vista.

Your choice.

hurr ignorance

Any modern hardware will perform just fine on, and is often optimized for windows vista.

If you're getting errors urdoinitrong

but if you want a better experience go put XP on it ;)

1) im sure he will want to waste his dx10 video card by playing in dx9

2) vista will have alot more stability then xp, it will run and handle the games better.

3) fuck xp

It's an alright machine, you could get away with overclocking the processor too I think. Graphics card isn't too great.

Can't really say how good it is unless you say how much it cost (can't see if you've mentioned that or not).

You are so dumb its not even remotely acceptable.
Maybe if you have vista on a 5 year old machine than you will get BSOD's, but if the computer is BUILT for vista and comes with it pre-installed, than you shouldn't bother REDUCING your performance in XP.

And when in the hell are you going to need 5GB of ram on XP?

9300GE is integrated. So therefore, will suck.

Buy a video card so you can play those games you want. I recommend a 8800GT if your on a budget, they're about 100-150$ these days.

And.. vista will work fine with your games, you even get DX10 which makes your games look better

Well I Just got the Computer, with 24-Inch Screen ;]

Anyways it's Running Great ! so Far Just got it like 3 Hrs ago,
thanks

but so far it's good. ;]

I'm not planning to Play : Crysis, WoW, Or Elite, but i love the 5Gig ram ;]

so far great keep it coming.

Ditto. Alienware? Go buy some Ugs you fr00b.

Athlon, meh. I haven't kept up with their line of processors, but after AMD64, Intel has just been raping them in the higher end markets. I have a 2.6ghz Intel Core 2 Quad, and because many (well most) programs don't utilize all the 4 cores, a higher clock speed duo may work better.

DDR2 ram? wowea. A lot of it... but dat stuff?

lmfao is this good i mean i know some stuff but is DDR2 good ?

DDR2 is fine, and is standard right now

DDR3 is available, but it is not even close to worth it.
