Mostly just mixed with weed. It does carry on it's addictive qualities into that though. I'll have the occasional cigarette at shows, at work, or generally when I'm out, but if I got it with weed I don't really smoke actual cigarettes that much, but I like CCs.

I personally am never going to smoke. I don't care if it makes you look cool or gives you confidence or makes you high or whatever.
