    Do you read erotica?

There are many kinds of erotica, but for all of you who may be wondering, the kind of erotica I'm referring to is defined as:
Do you read erotica? If so, do you think it is right or wrong that you do so? If you don't, do you think it is right for others to do so? Do you think it is the same as pornography or is it less taboo? Since this is something for all, feel free, if not obligated, to argue your views on the subject with others.

Just wanted to know if anyone read them, I recently started taking a sort of liking to it, it's good to get away from porn every once in a while. Personally I don't think theres anything wrong with it, or pornography for that matter either.

    Do you read erotica?

I did, I read some funny ones too. Hahaha.

I stopped, because I realized it was pointless, and you could do better with your life.

    Do you read erotica?

As long it is tasteful and realistic (or at least borderline :p ) I think it's pretty much fine.

Reading leaves more to the imagination. That's why science fiction books (and the likes) are almost always better than the movie that is released following. And it doesn't save mental capacity... that doesn't even make sense. Mental exertion can bring nothing but good. Watching videos is much more boring considering that, but is much less time consuming. As they say, a picture is worth a thousand words (but much more to the observant).

Anyhow, I have read erotica before, but not intentionally. lol
And I do think it's wrong.

EDIT: errmmm.... you forgot a poll option: "Yes, I read erotica, but I think it's wrong"

    Do you read erotica?

There was a site i use to go to, i can't remember it but it was user submitted erotica. It was really good and i use to read it when i was bored. There is nothing wrong with erotica in my opinion as it is just writing. There are worse things wrote about such as serial murderers and rapist. Which is worse, "the young man slowly tightened the rope around the womens neck until it snapped" or "As i caressed her thigh, i felt her pulse under the soft touch of my hand."?

    Do you read erotica?

But if it's not wrong, than wouldn't anything be "worst" than (or equal to) it?
Or are you saying it's not wrong because there are worst things? rofl...

Morally wrong is your own opinion. That i can't say.

There are several things that are wrong for you. You hit your head, you say fuck. Thats wrong but we still do it.

    Do you read erotica?

Actually I nearly put that in there, but then I thought if someone does something they think is wrong, they must at least think that it is partially ok.

    Do you read erotica?

Hah. Only in the sense that we try to justify the actions we want to perform.
Pornography has a common allure even to people who believe it to be wrong.
    But no matter. ;)

    Do you read erotica?

i think allure might be too soft, i think enslaved is a better word.
Because i can listen to someone thats alluring, but easily resist by myself what they are softly and enchantingly try to order me. If I'm enslaved, i can't really get out of it if i try to by myself, even if i find it wrong.

PS: i never read it and i think its wrong

    Do you read erotica?

I have never purchased a book for the sole purpose of getting hard.
However, in some of the books I have read there is the occasional sex chapter (Not much detail I may add.) that gets me turned on >.>
And by the way konvict that's a magazine XD so no confessions needed from me XD

    Do you read erotica?

I don't read it but like the person who posted above me said, I have encouterd it in books I have read. For those who say reading books is stupid? They are probally stupid. Books are very fun to read and they take your mind off of things. Plus it's a better alternative to things like.......Computers..
