Do you like your birth name?

My first name is a different spelling of an already uncommon name. You can find stuff about me by Googling just my first name. I don't like it very much but I probably won't be changing it unless I totally find something I wish was my name.

 

I honestly love my name. I just can't see any other name fitting my personality.

 

I'd perfer a more unique name, but other than that, I like Sean.

 

No, I hate my name. The amount of people that can't say 'Giverny' right is irritating.

cant really argue ... i have a pretty common name .. Ryan... if i could choose my own name it wud not have been Ryan tho.

I absolutely hate my first name (Reece) and go by the alias of Andy, but I absolutely love my last name, as it spawned the use of my online name for just about everything ^_^

I love my birth name. Everyone calls me marathon though, no matter what my name might be .

 

I don't mind my name ' Andrew ', I don't like saying it though. I always think it sounds weird when i say it myself. Does anyone else get that weird feeling when they say their own name?

 

Tom is pretty common, actually Thomas but no one ever calls me that >.<

Doesn't matter if they can't pronounce you're name. It shouldn't be an embarrassment, you're name is apart of you, and who you are.

Shouldn't be bothered, if your last name was Verts than "Giverny Verts" would sound fresh, would be unique, but Giverny is a good name.

People call me a bunch of different ways.

Stevie, Steven, Stevon, Stefan.

Never thought of changing my name, been with me my whole life, signifies me. You can always have the option to have a nickname for others to call you or just tell people what you'd prefer to have them call you. There's no big deal, you'd actually go through all that trouble to change name. To change a big part of who you've been your whole life.

You just need to do something big, or carry around a big personality to make people love and appreciate that sh*t.
