I remember watching a movie on TV, that looked like it was made over 20~30 years ago.

It's about a person driving a car, but being chased by a killer pickup truck for no apparent reason and in the end, he manages to get the truck driver to drive the truck over a cliff. Who was driving the truck is unknown

No problem. Yeah I have, but it's been a while. I remember it being really good though. I actually didn't even realize it's a Spielberg film until I looked it up just then.
