Do you have children that play RS?

Was browsing the "how old are you thread" and my curiosity was sparked.
I've played RS since ~2002-2003 at which time I was in the 11-12 age range.

A lot has changed since then. The current generation of kiddos tend to be much more tech-savvy.

Do any of you have children that play RS? If so, I'm curious to know how old they are? I'd imagine that's a pretty unique experience for a child - to have your parents play video games with you.

I do not thankfully no kids.

 

My kids are to young currently but i've been gaming with my dad for years. Every call of duty and now fortnite.

Experience is great playing with my dad. Can't wait to game with my sons either

I'm 22 I don't want kids for years, so thankfully no lmfao. That would be a tragedy

 

I've left the game for years than game back for staking and making money on the side but I wouldn't let my kids play this game LOL.. I have a 2 year old baby boy and when he gets old enough I'll make sure he doesn't play this game maybe read a book or something productive.

I sound like an asshole but just want what's best for him.

 

I was the child playing rs, my stepdad started me at 8yo so I could be his persona ingame bitch. lol

 

I said this at 22 lol. I’m 28 with a young one but she isn’t old enough to wield a keyboard..

 

I like the comment about wanting his son to do something more productive. I agree and have three boys (oldest 3.5, youngest a week). Of course I want them to be outside and do productive things however I realize they’ll probably be on video games as much as we have growing up.

Looking forward to it though. Until the day they surpass me on every game..

I can’t imagine my kids getting scammed. That being said I think @Dev_Zach plays.

 

The person who introduced me to the game got introduced by his father when he was about 6. He's 22 now.

 

I still remember the first person I met on RS. This was 2003ish, his name was Dutchdreams. He was in his 20s-30s at the time. I'd be curious to know if he ever had children that got into the game.

 

My son wants to play it but hes still a toddler, for his age he's awesome at the lego games on xb1
