Do you crack your back/neck?

Do you? I do, but I want to stop. Wondering if any of you crack your back and then your stomach hurts?

 

wow you must be in front of the comp all day lol its not good for you to crack your back/neck 0.0 it fucks ur muscles up.

 

I crack everything. EVERYTHING. My back, knuckles, neck, toes, knees, etc.

If I don't, they feel all "creaky", which pisses me off.

No, my stomach doesn't hurt when I do it.

 

sometimes i lean back and it cracks but most of the time it doesnt make a sound

 

I crack my neck, back, fingers, and sometimes toes. And I don't get any pains either.

 

Eh, if I lean back on my chair to crack my back, sometimes my stomach hurts for a minute or so.

I crack everything also.

And can you explain why it's bad for my muscles? I'd stop if it was.

 

I crack bank and neck.

Back crack : sit on a chair hold a table infront of you and twist arround.
Neck crack: push one side of your jaw diagonal upwards.

 

I don't feel anything at my stomach xD
Maybe if you just ate or drank ?

 

i dont crack anything. Dont now why lol just dont do it.

I crack my toes, middle fingers only, my back, and my jaw. I don't get pains or anything when I do it so it's all good.

 

I crack my neck, back, toes, and fingers, but I gets no pains.

 

i go to the chiropractor ever 2 weeks to get all my bones popped

 

Fingers, shoulders, ankles, and yes, toes.

 

Fingers, Neck, Back, Toes and sometimes my knees. You shouldn't do it really but cos each time your weaking it some more, untill your like 80 and screwed.

EXACT same thing i do. im trying to stop though, my back feels stiff though and so does my neck so im just like "eh..fuck it" and i crack them.

 

I crack my back and neck all the time, no my tummy doesnt hurt afterward lol

 

its just a slight pain, it only hurts when i crack it for the first time during the day and its loudest then as well.
