Do you brush your teeth before or after breakfast?

I rarely brush my teeth. Couple times a month actually. I need to do it more now though because my wisdom teeth are making my gums sore. Mouthwash and all that shit.

I don't get why people brush before breakfast? It makes food taste different, orange juice is just nasty after brushing your teeth. Unless I know i'm not eating breakfast for awhile I will always brush after so my breath is fresh and there is no food in my teeth.

Why the heck do some people do it before? Food tastes nasty and especially OJ, as has been mentioned before. I mean the point is to clean your teeth, not clean your teeth and promptly get food all over them.

"Brush your teeth after every meal." After is the correct answer, sorry guys.

By the way, get an automatic toothbrush. You'll love it. If you don't brush often, an automatic will get you brushing.

Lol, I don't brush my teeth in the morning at all.

 

I usually don't have breakfast. But if I do, i brush after.

 

Before breakfast. I brush my teeth before I do anything else because I don't think it's pleasant for everyone else in the house to get a whiff of my nap breath when I talk to them.

Then again, I usually skip breakfast. It really depends on what time I wake up.

Either way, I usually brush before eating. If the food's ready, on the rare occasion, I brush later. It's just if you brush your teeth, it leaves that minty taste in your mouth. I'd rather wait a bit till the taste isn't as strong.

I actually do this too, but in terms of this thread I brush my teeth after breakfast, brushing your teeth before breakfast makes no sense, that's like wiping your ass before you shit..
