Do you believe in the black phat?

If you dont know what im talking about The blakc phat is supposedly a party hat, thats black.

I personally dont. but it would be cool if there was one.
Ps if you check the rs forums sometimes they post about it.

Yeah there is a black phat, and a pink one. They were created by Silabsoft for private servers. I've seen them and they are alright. Silab is a java coding god though, added all the new skillcapes, torso, fcape, etc. She's the real deal.

(Or he, not really sure)

 

If by chance you mean on the real runescape, then yes. It was around on the beta server before the launch of runescape 2. Mods only wore them though!

Black P hats were only for Jagex members, none of the players has ever had one.

Yup. They had them out, but only Jmods had them.

 

players can't own them, jagex staff MIGHT be able to make them by inserting the code by i'm not sure, but on a private server you can make one

I didn't know that they were for Jmods in real RuneScape, I only saw them in private servers.

There actually was a black one once, it was a bug you could get those berries or whatever they are from "the golem" quest to use to dye stuff black and someone used it on a phat and it turned black. Jagex fixed the bug long time ago though and the phat has been removed.
