I don't fully believe in the bible, many things don't seem right. Leave the stories out, leave the morals. The book of Genesis is where it lost me.

Like I said I believe in God, but you have to think things out. Make sure what people tell you makes sense even if it will go against what you want to be.

My mom is in the choir, we donate about $1300 per month to our church, i went to church EVERY Sunday from 1-13.

just because we don't know 100% how we were created and everything else doesn't mean that there IS a god. there is just so much that is unknown to make an actual argument for or against.

also, telling people they can rot in hell doesn't sound too christianly. if i know any better, Jesus said love everyone, including sinners.

edit: also, correct me if i am wrong, but according to the bible, jesus feels pain when sinners die and go to hell.

I do believe in God, but not the way the Christians represent him. I also believe in evolution, but I don't believe we were created by random particles smashing together making our universe. I believe everyone has a purpose in life, and that every action made by that person affects the world somehow.

Complicated, I know.

it seems to me like your someone who is easily influenced by others, do are your friends strong in worshipping "GOD" obviously your parents are.

You just contradicted what you said earlier. You said to read the bible, yet the Bible said no man can see God.

Instead of damning people to hell (why would a loving God make people burn forever [for simply not believing in him due to a lack of proof] and grant people like you [who have no idea what they're talking about] salvation), why not enlighten people with some proof?
