Do they still give 2-day bans?

Does jagex still give 2-day bans before giving a permanent ban?

Last time I botted on a main Was like a year ago, and my account went straight to permanent ban. Don't know if that was just a one time thing or just the norm now.

 

Depends on if the account was mostly played legitimately/appeared to play legit. Then you should only get a 2day ban. If it's an f2p account, probably perm ban.

 

I had a high level main that I botted on and it only got a 2 day. My lower level accounts tend to get permed.

 

If the account is quite old you will get a warning for botting, unless you are suicide botting. I suggest playing on the account more than you bot to be honest.

 

It depends if they determine if the macro is major or minor , I got a 2 day minor macro ban couple months ago on a ironman acc for using a shop buying bot to hop world to world to buy soda ash and buckets of sand lmao also every time I got a ban for using a auto clicker it was a 2 day ban

 

I think older accounts get 2 days ban and new accounts get perm ban immediately ... but still i am curious lol ... because i made 2 accounts and quested them and botted them to gmaulers and one of them got 2 days ban and the other was perm ban .//
It is mystery still to be solved !

It depends. I've gotten a 2-day that expired after a year and then got another 2-day.
