[Yes] Is this fair?

I don't know where to post this so I'll post it here.
I was scammed 2 years ago, with a official mod and a middle man PMing me, and me trading him (THE OFFICIAL MOD/ MIDDLEMAN) the gold however it was all a impostor scam somehow, here is the thread

After this, I was awarded community repayment 2x times but I was not online so I was told to seek community repayment again.
Now when I seek community repayment, Yoshiki pretty arrogantly just denies it 2x times.
I think it's super unfair, I traded official middle man and moderator the money not a imposter. If i was "imposted" I think the official middle man / moderator is also guilty. I mean, check the thread I traded him, I was PMed by him.

The very least you could do, is let me get my community repayment but as I said even thought I was rewarded it 2x times before Yoshiki now deems me as illegible.

Do you think this is fair? If this is posted in the wrong place, please before removing it tell me where I should post this.

Impostor scams are ineligible for community repayment.

Nubja1 requesting repayment again, been rewarded 2x but haven't been online

 

Check the thread, am I the only one responsible? Didn't the moderator / offical middle man act very poorly too?
He PMed me, I traded his account. He should at least be responsible for 50%

Ultimately yes.

It's not really a middleman's job to prevent you from trading an impostor. If they notice it, great. If not, it's not their problem.

We changed the requirements for repayment when we created the community repayment forum and standardized its processes. The intent was to remove from consideration users whose negligence led to them being scammed in favor of returning funds to members who themselves were not negligent.
