    He said he would get me 10k wc exp... Then after realizing he wanted my money, he says, can I just get you 85k xp? I said sure, anyone would say yes to that.

    Then I log on today and I have 80 coins in my bank...

    Do not trust him or do business with him.
    Keep this bumped.
