New Sythe Header(s) idea.

Well since several people have mentioned that they don't like the new Header (No offence to the creater), I was thinking that Sythe, or one of the admins, could run a competition for the community to submit their own version.

Why This could be a good idea

• Find out the talented GFX designers, possibly increase activity in the GFX Section.
• Get the community involved with the internal parts of sythe. Giving a chance for one of us to contribute.
• Fun!

What have you got to lose?

 

I'll whip something up tonight. I agree with you, though. There's an area for improvement here.

 

This is a good Idea, I'm sure there will be plenty of people who would love to contribute and create their own design.
but ofcourse, it's up to sythe himself.

 

Yes, I prefer the old one. A competition would be great. You guys would get a really nice one.

The competition would be a good idea but tbh if you want this to go through I would make up a nice looking pm and send it to sythe or one of the Admins and ask them about it.

 

I like the colour of the word "Sythe" I think a newer font would look really awsome though.

And using "Craigslist" in a very inportant discription about the site is pretty well, Hmm.

What about somthing like:

were gaming comes to life.
gaming at its best.
the empire of gaming.
the empire of virtual goods. (Love this one)

Im not the best at GFX but Ill give it a go.

 

Already posted these in the feedback thread but if you're going to make one here, then no harm in reposting mine. The only difference between the two is the logo size.

Min I will just give you some feedback.. It would look better I think if you got rid of the scanlines or w/e they are and make the background to the smaller text transparent. also if possible move it like the following...

.............SMALL TEXT HERE

So it is part under it.

 

Minor update and such. (Better tagline font and added some yellow as I figured you liked yellow or the current logo wouldn't be as such).



I wanna see how the header looks by itself also so here.

 

I posted this thread before that one started to get more interest, I meant a proper competition not just random suggestions in threads.

 

Can I still do one for Sythe?
