I don't agree. It'll just get inactive like the 400+ Runescape accounts not to buy, MSNs are easy to make, so they'll just get a new one and also no-one really ever checks these sorts of lists.

 

if you just google the msn your gunna find out weither or not they are ban evaders or not it makes it easier the way it is.

Do you know how much work that will be and how much information their going to need to add some one to a list like this ?

 

Your not reading , Getting the msn's of spam reports that are successful MEANS there was enough evidence to ban the person anyway.

 

Support, this is a simple yet great suggestion and will help prevent a scam here and there.

 

How would this be effective? A person can create a new MSN account in 2 minutes. If they see their account added to this list they would simply make a new one.

 

Too much effort for its worth. I would support you in an ideal world, but this just can't happen.
