    RSBots.net is one of the best NeXuS resellers to date. MOST scripts work.

    Jagex created a system where there are different bots running on different days of the week. But there isn't a game update so many of the bots haven't been updated to combat the different changes in random events. It's not them scamming you, the buts just need to be worked on.
