Its not rocket science to put together who is who. The legit shop was Venom on FJ wit no msn links at all and it wasnt super hard to figure out.

I could phish accounts and sell them here as the most legit trader ever.

Once they sell the keylogged / phished accounts on Sythe, then its Sythe's business and a ban is justified. Why could this not be the policy?

following suit with recent bans, shouldn't this warrant a ban?

No, I don't think so because it is in no way damaging or related to the wellbeing of this site at all. Sure, he may be a thief but his past actions on sythe demonstrates he is a contributive, asset to this site with no history whatsoever of stealing...

I've actually changed my mind on this. I agree with discussing rat, phish, keylogs, whatever shouldn't be a perm banned, unless they ask where to do it, what's a good site or anything that indicates that they're going to do it. For we all we know they could be asking how they work so they're knowledgeable on protecting themselves.

    Beat me to it.

Anyway, I disagree with the OP. Magic is being highly hypocritical by saying that scammers on other sites should be banned, but people who break other Sythe rules offsite shouldn't be banned. You have to go one way or another, and not waver in that decision.

I believe 100% that if you do things on other sites that are against Sythe's rules, (ESPECIALLY when it's account scamming, phishing, hacking, etc related) you should be permanently banned.

That kind of deals with prior offences and current offenses. It does not seem to deal with people being banned for "taking interest" in certain unethical activities while not actively participating in them. However the last sentence, "A user will also be banned if one of the above three rules is also a rule on another site, and he gets banned on that site, assuming the evidence is up to Sythe standards" is very important. That is a great compromise that could potentially protect members of Sythe.

Oh, well I strongly disagree with that in every way. The discussion topic that people should be banned for when it is happening offsite is scamming. That is th only thing that requires a decently trusted account to do. Everything else just takes leechers, so banning them is pointless and illogical.

Its a Cheating site? Hacking and password cracking I suppose is cheating - Gives you an advantage in game...

None the less its wrong , and I think users who show this trait should be banned without a doubt.
