Do Jagex look at email/passwords when goldfarming?

I only want to run around 4-6 bots but was just wondering if I should make them all with the similar emails and the same password (for convenience) or is it safer to make them different?

 

If they catch you botting for 'gold farming' they will normally ban all accounts associated with your ip regardless of what that acc is done... So I don't think its the email you need to worry about...
