Short answer: no
If you want a long answer, what do you use it for? The thing is that all the hardware in there is still good by modern standards. Not much has changed in Intel's architecture since Haswell (which you have). The RAM is also good. The graphics card is a little bit dated, but still has 2GB dedicated VRAM which is still the modern standard. Unless you're planning on playing AAA titles on higher than medium then that graphics card should do you fine for a while.
Anyway, if you give us more details on what you use the machine for then we'll be able to give you a better response.
