Long-time member account "hacked"

Hello,

I tried to log in to my account "Guala" today, and it has been banned for suspicion of it being hacked.
My original location is Bellevue/Seattle, Washington. However, a few months ago, I moved to Ontario for the year to live with my girlfriend. I have been using my Sythe account since then with no problems.

I can prove it is me because I still use the Skype account that I've been using with Sythe for years now.
My Skype is "masontheheide" and if you look through PM logs, etc. going back years, you will see that I used that same Skype.

If there is anything else I can do to prove my ownership of the account, please let me know ASAP and I will get it to you.

Going to need another way to verify you, for all we know that Skype is compromised by the same person who compromised Guala, do you have any reputable members that can vouch for you?

He's claiming he was never hacked it was just a location change. If Erickho123 can back that up then sure. I'd also ask that he 2factor as soon as he's unbanned
