DNT request for my old worker account

[Sammy]

Hello,
My Profile Link: SammyGoldShop
Worker Profile Link: SammyGoldShop Worker

My workers created an account which name called "SammyGoldShop Worker" last year to make bumps. I have not any login information about that account. Could you give DNT to that account to avoid from any bad situation.

Thanks and regards.

DNT granted.
