• Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: Took on a service and it wasn't completed because my Grandmother had passed, I was away in Ireland organising the whole funeral by myself. I was supposed too travel back on the 16th but it was delayed, so I do apologise for the slight delay in refund as I did state it'd be done on the 16th and yet again I do apologise.
