Hello, I'm here to discuss the previous events that took part recently. I feel like I have been pushed to the side as my story hasn't been heard.

Andy Stated on my DNT rank, ""There is absolutely no reason for him to move this user from DMs to a ticketing system when he is already mid conversation with the user and a trade agreement seems to have been reached already." We spoke Via Ticket when he first messaged me on discord. (He created 2 tickets within my discord. He left the first ticket after some-time speaking with each other. (Right after he left the first ticket I asked him to create another one so we can pick up where we left off Via Ticket, and he claimed he left by accident). I gave Staff member Pikachu Owner access to my discord to help with this situation.





- Rh Sean (who accused me of scamming) Joined my discord, messaged me on discord wanting to sell me 1100M. We proceeded by creating a ticket. We spoke in my discord but Rh sean was speaking to me via Ticket and PM at the same time. The conversations were getting confusing because he was talking to me with 2 different conversations. I then proceeded to continue talking to him in Discord PM because he started talking to me on PM, then back on ticket because he was also talking to me Via. Ticket. It was very back and forth and VERY confusing, it was very repetitive.



---Side Note*** (I know my Confirmation PM's on Sythe are not up to standard, I learned the hard way due to a middle-man Scam that imported me and Scammed 300m for another User). I'm fairly new to Sythe and I'm still working on bettering myself. After the usage of Poor Pm's I seeked out help on how I should properly send a PM and I bettered myself at it. *you can check my most recent PM's*



--Side-Side Note** (One thing I'm pretty sure Rh Sean forgot to mention was that when he created a Ticket on my discord, I asked him to Send me a Link to his Sythe so i can Pm him Confirming that he's in safe hands. I took the steps to walk a New user to create a Sythe account and send me his Sythe User Link so he feels safe knowing who he's talking to. I continued talking to him in the ticket and he would respond via. Discord PM and that's when I mentioned to him to speak to me in the ticket because the conversations were getting confusing.) Therefore, I stopped talking on the Ticket and went to continue messaging him Via. PM and he would also talk to me in both Ticket and PM.

- The trade was NOT established through PMs at the time. Rh Sean was hesitant when he was asking questions and I established in the beginning of conversation to create a ticket to verify if I'm "The legitimate owner". and he created a ticket and then we Established a trade when he was in the ticket, and that's when I Requested that he send me his Sythe profile link so I can Pm him as another way to prove I am who i am and not an impostor, and that's when he started talking to me via Ticket and PM at the same time. - That's why I stated just stick with the ticket because the conversations was getting very confusing - Screenshot - 27c1464588fc722fef305b6b90e37385 - Gyazo



Continuing with the story:



As we were continuing with the transaction, Rh Sean was asking me methods of how he can transfer me the Gold. In the ticket he asked me if I can stake/drop trade, and if not it was fine. While we're talking on the ticket I answered him. At first in the message Via. Ticket I told him I CAN Stake but I instantly followed up a message saying that "I Can't" stake trade because it slipped my mind that I very recently sold my staker account and i didn't have an account with high level stats. I wasn't going to trust a 1100M Stake when my stats are only 80att/97str/75def. So if he were to Win the stake I'd lose my own Money. --- He ignored my answer for a few minutes in the ticket and then continued to ask me the same questions Via Discord PM. I answered him by telling him "actually I can't stake". Then i Proceed to tell him to go to World 472 Duel Arena Teleport to trade. (Free2Play World. He replied with "huh wym" meaning "What do You Mean".



At this point the conversation was so hectic and confusing due to him leading a double conversation, so i stated "just go to ticket conversation.... that's why i have tickets so things don't get confusing" so we can get organized with our conversations.



**Side-Note** (I'm also new to owning a discord channel and I did everything myself in the channel and when I invited the Ticket Tool Bot, I thought it automatically saves all the ticket on their website.)( Also, every transaction I have ever done on discord I close the ticket whenever The customer and I are done. I Click the lock emoji indicating to the bot the the ticket is done. Then I clock on a reaction where it gives me the option to "close ticket" and it automatically deletes the channel within 5 seconds. Due to my lack of knowledge, I wish I knew how to properly navigate and utilize the ticket system for it's 100% potential and this report wouldn't have reached this far..)



Before we continued with the transaction, he seemed a little skeptical and I stated to him "You should record all your transactions for proof " - Once again giving a "Newcomer" advice on how he should go about his transactions if he doesn't feel safe. Throughout the whole process I was being supportive and giving him suggestions on how he could better secure a transaction. This for example and also me recommending to CREATE a sythe account and giving me his Sythe link so i can Pm him. - I also asked for a referral but a few minutes later he said he created a Sythe account and he saw my message a bit late. So I recommended him to create a Sythe account, To receive a Sythe PM verification, and to take video as security. --



Thereon we continued with our conversation Through the ticket and I once again informed him to meet me in w 472 Duel arena Teleport. He proceeded with my requests and met me at the world and location. He sent me a trade offer, I accepted and the trade screen popped up. I added a few Junk items in trade and he put up 1100M Gp. I went on to say "1100m me in trade, please confirm." he followed up with "Me 1100m", We both accept first trade and instantly right after the first trade screen was accepted he declined. I instantly stated 1100M declined, and he followed up with sending me his PayPal info and that's where things basically ended.



Therefore he trade declined me, and I banned him from my Discord for attempting this Stunt.



I'm new to Sythe and i didn't know things can escalate to this point, if I had a better understanding I would have taken all the precautions to better prepare myself for something like this. (Definitely a lesson learner for future trades).





-*** I have been working very hard to earn a reputation in Sythe. I've put in hours of work and invested a lot of time/money so I can build a very strong reputation. This is something I would never do.

The amount of money and timeI put into Sythe to get my name out there and to be heard does not even make it worth it to scam 1100M and ruin my reputation. I've been an active member and you can go thru my vouches and message each and every person that I've done business with and ask how my customer care/services are. I always give my 100% on everything I do and and I always make sure People who come to me are treated with the right amount of respect and care. I wouldn't dare toss my name and reputation away. Like i've stated, the 1100M that I'm being accused for is so small compared to what I have on the line with Sythe, my customers, and to all the other users associated with it.



I'm new to many things I encounter on Sythe and I make it my mission to make sure to improve myself so I can be the best version of myself. Some things I do, for example, like a horrible template for Sythe Pm's, i made sure to better myself and I have.

I only wish the best for people and I aspire to be a Figure people look up to and to never let down those people.



Can the staff members please take a closer look at this, I've been so wrongfully accused and I'd very much like to get my status back and these wrongs to be done Right.
