I would like to pardon/appeal/dispute my TWC status.

List of vouches since receiving TWC: I have been away from the runescape scene for a long while due to loads of stuff happening IRL. Renovating a house, being promoted at work, becoming a dad, ..
Looking to become active again.

Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC:
Inattention to private PC & Files.
Since the incident everything related to services/accounts is securely stored in a Keepass file.

I still stand by the fact that I did not personally recover this account. And that my name does not start with a V at all. If needed I can supply my Govt. issued ID to an admin in PM.
As soon as it came to my attention it had been recovered and cleaned, I insisted on refunding the stolen wealth as I felt really bad this happened.
I had no issues with refunding the account purchase price as well, since I fully understand that what happened is my own responsibility. I have since learned my lesson.
I am still looking to spend more time again on the forums, as I just finished the renovation of my house, spare time has become available again.

I do find the story odd in itself and I know it's hard to pinpoint exactly what happened from what you said given the circumstances, but you've had 2 account sales since over a year ago and nothing happened, and on the original report you refunded the gold on the account without hesitation. Also it just seemed odd as well since I'd imagine you've been trusted with so much more working with Realist that this wouldn't make sense to me, therefore I contacted Realist to speak on behalf of your character as you guys seemed very close given an old vouch he left you, and he said a lot of good things about you and elaborated on your activity being due to what you mentioned above, which is understandable. I'll leave his reply to what I asked in a deleted post for staff. I'm willing to support your TWC removal.
