Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision:

I was in the process of stepping back from running my operation in the RS gold market due to IRL circumstances that prevented me from having the time to continue and it took me too long to send payroll payments for two of my workers at the time, Tao and Yezka, as well as a payment for an outstanding gold suppliers tab, Secnx. This was certainly my fault; the delays were much longer than was appropriate and it was a mix of the inability for me to be online at the time combined with difficulty at obtaining crypto to send the payments.

I don't disagree with the decision to apply a TWC to me, I am now appealing the TWC, it's been 3-4 months now since this occurred, and I resolved all the payments at the time as quickly as I could. I stayed in communication with all the parties involved in each report, I wasn't ghosting them I simply didn't have the ability to pay them out in a timely manner as I should have. I still have a good standing with secnx who still supplies gold for the space station gold server daily and Tao and Yezka parted with the server on good terms after receiving their final payroll payments.

I have always handled matters as professionally as possible, and while I do not plan to return to running space station gold I want to be in good standing on the forum.

During my leave of absence my managers @Loxio and @Austinsharp909 took over running the space station gold server. They recorded a number of vouches on their own profiles since I was not present, and they had no access to my profile which was acting as the company profile for space station gold. The vouches added to my own vouch thread have only been added since I have returned since the end of August and for trades that were either personal trades of mine or that I was present for. My managers will continue to be the ones running the server with my full endorsement/backing as the owner of the server.
