Sundialing - Account Hacked

After being away all weekend due to me having my daughter. I have just seen a scam report in my name. In which has got me banned.
I have no idea how the hackers managed to access my Gmail account, but, as you will be able to tell, the email was changed on Friday 4th.

Also, I am posting this from my normal, home I.P address. You should be able to see from (4th Jan - When my account got banned) the recent logins the I.Ps being completely different from what I normally use.

Also, I believe I had a security phrase as: '[redacted]'. However, I've never had to do this before so can not remember.

I am in contact with the victim. I WILL refund him the full amount. I can give him 100M (last to my name) tonight. However, It will take some time to refund him the rest. I would actually like to speak to a Moderator/Admin about this, to get something worked out.
