DNS List Implementations

Hello lads,

Upon realising the decision, I read the Do Not Suggest list and it clearly said coloured names for non staff ranks is something which is considered to be something which should not be suggested with good reasons.

I have decided to go against the Do Not Suggest list today as I recently realised that Sythe themselves were handing out coloured names to non-staff ranks.



As you can see here, an ex-sectional mod has been given a coloured username. I do understand that can be seen as a bit of confusion however I am here to suggest that old/ex-staff members should stand out from normal people. I think they should either be given a coloured name or they should be given a bold name. I understand that a coloured name for ex-staff might not be something that can be implemented however I think it would be good for them to have a bold/italic name so it makes them easier to stand out from everyone else.

I would like to hear suggestions on this.

Tyler is a current moderator he probably had the maximum amount of mini-ranks so when he got given his moderator status again the forum didn't prioritise the new one. @Prize

 

Tyler never had the colored username until he rejoined the team. I'm not sure why he doesn't have the market moderator funrank yet, but he's rejoined the staff team since a few days ago (I know this because he's handled my reports in the market section, and he's ranked as a sectional mod in the Sythe Discord). Prior to that he just had the underlined name just like all other OMM's do. I understand why you were confused though.

 

Colored names are only given out to staff so it is being cureently upheld.

Ive been hesitant about changing up my ranks because staff ranks take priority and if i change one of them to one of my staff ranks i need to add ALL of my staff ranks which means my other ranks cant be displayed
