    Rc-Her Pardon Request

    Your profile link:

    Rc-Her - Banned for scamming
    http://www.sythe.org/members/285082-reboman.html - Ban Evade
    LoL Accounts - Ban Evade
Tyrillis - This is most likely the earliest account I've ever made on Sythe. 14 years ago.

Report/post/reason that got you banned: Scamming/Ban Evading

    Rc Her
    Rc-Her scammer!
    Ban evader (Reboman)
    LoL Accounts is a scammer!

Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims:

I have not made any effort to contact the victim as he is also banned for scamming and this offense occurred nearly eight years ago. If this is an ABSOLUTE requirement then I will certainly make an effort but only the victim's email shows up. I no longer use MSN and I'm sure they do not either.

Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now:

Nothing that I am aware of. I found at least one scam report on me with sufficient proof and the second one linked above provides no proof but the chances are high that I did scam the aforementioned person, however I do not know for what amount. Anything I theoretically have scammed on this website would probably amount to less than $50 USD/50m RSGP total.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

I was 19 years old at the time, still learning how to be a half decent human being. RuneScape is rife with scammers and unfortunately the black market for RuneScape is probably going to be even worse. After talking to people trying to scam you over and over I guess I just succumbed to "playing the game" and tried to see if it worked for myself. My memory is very faint but I probably tried to pull the classic "Sythe member builds trust and goes nuclear by going on a scamming spree" before inevitably getting banned.

As far as my knowledge goes, I have provided a brief yet detailed history of my time on Sythe. In that time, I believe I have only been banned once for scamming for the amount of 10m RSGP and banned twice thereafter for ban evading.

I have not been on Sythe in a few years due to my lack of interest in RuneScape and knowing that I would probably slip up and someone would find out about my past if I attempted to ban evade again.

Did you fully read and follow this sticky thread in the pardon section?:

I did go over the thread multiple times and made sure I followed any guidelines except for the repaying the victim back as I mentioned earlier.

Previous pardon link(s) if applicable: N/A

    Scam report 1: Rc Her
Scam victim: @Soxa (Banned for scamming so this goes to community repayment fund
    Scam debt: 9$ USD

Scam accusation: Rc-Her scammer! (seems to be 50M as seem here)
    Scam accusation?: Rc-Her scammer.

Theoretically you only have to repay those who have made a scam report and provided sufficient proof. Personally I believe you could've scammed Imakeittrain dude aswell, but he never made a scam report. I'm not sure what Duckseatfood means with his thread but I don't think any scam was commited here, just a scam attempt perhaps. You seem to have quite a bright memory of what as happened about 10 years ago (believe me alot of people of whom I handle pardons claim they have no memory of so long ago) so that's a big plus from me.

Please refund the scam debt I've written above in USD ($) to this Bitcoins address:
    Code:
    13EWWS9REeuAyBfCdJG9KwSC7S9VhG2fXJ
Make sure we'll receive no less than the scam debt written above.
Once you've refunded this to our community repayment fund Bitcoins address, please copy/paste the link of the transaction (TRX), make a new thread and provide us with the link confirming you were the one who's refunded it.

I'll leave it up to you whether you refund $9 USD or $59USD. If you did scam him but he just failed to make a scam report then it'd be better ofcourse from you to just pay it back.
