The guy looks really messy for a start.

I like the pastel colours, however it's the render/stock which is the problem here. It has really crap lighting and also crap flow.

In fact the signature as a whole has no flow/lighting whatsoever.

It has no depth and the wire to the right hand side seems to be cut badly :s?

Too many colors, the wires (I think you added) are really choppy, and the lighting is all over the place. Throw in some gradient maps, and some text, seems kinda blank on the sides.
