    Alright, you know how some movie files are like, HD and like way bigger than average movie files, well I dl one for quality, but the background music sound is WAY higher than the vocal voice.

    Is there any way to fix this? I've noticed this from downloading prison break from a torrent, and one file was way bigger, but the background music was way louder than the vocal.

    You would probably have to take it into some sort of video editing program and adjust the specific levels there. It's possible to adjust the sound level on a whole without a program, but changing Voiceover, Bgmusic ect is different.
