• Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: I've been making graphics for $ without knowing i'm doing it on Sythe. My brother messaged me one day like - Yo, would u like to make some cash doing graphics? I was like hell yea why not. Then he posted topic([$25+ DONATOR] Falmar's Graphics Shop [Trusted & Legit]). Once again, I didn't know i'm doing it on sythe - i thought i'm doing it for my brother's friends. It was in 2012 so cmon i had like 15 years old then...
• Also, it was my account in Diablo III (60 Demon hunter inferno) - once again i didn't know it is on sythe because i simply didn't even know page like thats exists. My brother was just trying to help me

If you don't buy brother stories, especially hard to believe ones, please just skip this point. I simply want to be 100% honest with all Sythe community

  Gracious messaged me on skype asking me if i'm ban evading. Firstly i didn't know what he mean so i messaged him back saying that i think i wasnt, then i started to read sythe about what exactly is ban evanding and then i was like pretty sure. He told me that i'm banned and i can explain myself in a dispute. I was like what the fuck. He also told me that he thinks that i'm selling the same account which was selling 5 years ago by user called AD Divine (i'm Diviner). I thought it was ridiculous because the only argument was that AD Diviner has similar nickname to mine and he was also polish so i thought it's easy to explain.
  I created a dispute trying to explain myself, then it get declined by Gracious. He sent me another profile connected with AD Divine - it user called Falmar. Then i realized what the hell is going on. My brother used to use this nickname in every game back in the days, so i called him but he was sleeping. He called me back next day so i asked him about all this situation from 2010-2011, when he lived together in a same house, he scammed some guy called king1234 for 125$ then his sythe was banned. Of course i had diffrent ip in 2010-2011 some mobile one but it was also static i guess. Then he created other account called AD Divine and he tried to continue his journey. He also told me that his skype was hacked and some1 else scammed this king1234 guy but i don't have a proof if that is real. Hacked skype was maniek20976 and falmarsythe - it was around ~~2011 so it was harder to secure from hackers than it is now.
  I personally created my FIRST account in the end of 2015 year, having no idea about all this situation from 2010-2011. By the moment i've created my first account i tried to be nice legit and helpfull person.
  Why AD Divine (Falmar) was selling the same(?) account like i did?
  When i created my league account it was like 2011-2010, i didn't play it too much, gained 30 lvl then i came back to runescape. My brother (Falmar) asked me if he could play a little on this account i was like sure, this account is yours now. He played this account a little bit then he tried to sell it i'm still not sure if that is the same account i was selling - the only thing that matches is polish client language He had some more accounts so there's possibility that he was selling other one but it is also possible that he was selling the same account. I've asked him if that is the same account - he wasn't sure tbh
  Why did Falmar use skype called maniek20976? maniek is my name so it points to me!
  When we had an internet a first time, i guess in 2003-2004, we used to share one computer. I created this account called maniek20976 on skype but i never used it - my brother did. Skype was opening and logging in automaticly so he started to use mine. He was often talking with his friends using my username and i was ok with that - we both had less than 10 years old. Maybe he was just too lazy to create one or he just didn't know how - idk. Over time he was getting so much contacts on skype so this account was like 100% his and i created mine. Someday Falmar created his own account called like falmarsythe or so. Then maniek20976 was 100% mine again

  We used to share runescape account called GWDiviner. I didn't play too much on it but somethimes i was doing some afk skills etc. After some years of sharing he created other one and GWDiviner was 100% mine by then. For over 3 years i'm one and only GWDiviner.
  
  I know u guys don't buy brother stories. all this situation is so complicated and hard to believe - i know that. I'm so sorry about it all and once again - i had no idea i've been ban evading. I was active and helpfull user with 200+ firecapes done there and like 10 maxed accounts.

• Why you think we should forgive you:
• I always was active, legit and pretty known in community person. Never scammed any1. Even during my ban i've collected 7 vouches (Diviners vouches). I'm planning to create a small firm. 70% of my customers are comming from sythe - that is why it is so important for me to get unbanned to be honest. If i will not get unbanned i can just get off my dreams. I'm also up to take any kind of steps to verify that I'm not Falmar - my brother is also up to cooperate. I take responsibility of everything my brother did on Sythe. I'm ready to refund money anytime king1234 messages me. Once again, sythe is one of the most important things in my life. Also i was supporting Sythe every month (donated 100$) - I don't think it matters but You guys are making us possiblity to make money online for free so why wouldn't we share our earnings?

Suddenly MAGICALLY remembers who Falmar is, also I checked with Moes and your real life name is Maniek on PP (Falmar's Skype was Maniek203141) explanation from him to that is that his "brother" also used your Skype back when he was scamming. There is no actual way you're currently telling the truth.

You linked me only "AD Divine" profile before i created my dispute. Like i told you before, i had no idea my brother had account on sythe. I realized it after You declined my dispute and linked me Falmar's profile (i know it was my brother because he used to use this username almost everywhere) - that is how i "MAGICALLY" remember who Falmar is.
Show some sensitivity and understanding and stop treating me like a liar finally.
I didn't lie in my dispute - i just wrote there everything i knew in that moment. After you linked me Falmar's profile i realized what is going on.

Why would i lie in pardon? It is my last chance to come back to community. If i were Falmar, i'd tell it in a pardon.

Yes maniek*randomnumbers* was created by me when i was under 10 years old. When i was posting my dispute i wasn't taking all this situation seriously and i completly forget about this skype, i started to use it when Falmar asked me if i want to make money doing graphics (i've mentioned that in my pardon). I started to realize what is going on when u linked me Falmar's profile(also mentioned). I completly understand that you won't believe me that i simply "forgot about this skype" when i was posting dispute so lets consider it as a lie - i'm sorry for that it's all i can say right now.

I never really believe in stories such as it was my brother, it was my buddy, it was my cousin, it was whoever
We're responsible for everything that happens on our accounts as well as we're possible for everyone we're working with and for everyone we let go on our computers / use our IP.
Even if Falmar isn't Diviner, I find way too many things that are linking them to eachother, exactly same interests, exactly same startups, active in same sections, only and literally the only difference is that Falmar didnt have that many services, if they've been playing together for years then they could do the previous activities of Falmar too

To summ it up,
I belive that Falmar is actually Diviner's brother
I don't believe that Diviner didnt know about Falmar's bad reputation on Sythe, if they used to play on same account for years, they were sharing their RS account, they most likely they shared Sythe accounts too


Unfortunately, I'm not voting on this pardon, some people say I'm mod just for additional profits, so since Diviner is my competitor -> I'm abstaining from voting
