Very dissapointed

I'm very disappointed in the way things are. First off i'm sure this won't even surface but if atleast one mod reads it then it would do it's purpose. First off I would like to address how Fero the owner of 54bgp.com's ban dispute has gone. He runs a site a very legit site that has 0 history of scamming and I'm very sure 0 future of scamming either. He while in the middle of the night has his sythe accessed by someone who did not have his authorization to go on the account. This Custom Coder went on and started messing around changing skypes and stuff with a known IP of a scammer. You're telling me all someone has to do to get someone banned is get on their acc and switch their skype to your own? as long as you have a history in scamming... That's unfair and unreasonable. Now on to the second point i'm here to make. Sythe took 100$ as a donation from Fero, However wasn't really a donation now was it? it was his paying sythe to back him up in third party monetary currency deals. Deals that you as a site condone and promote. You're black market shall I say is in violation of many different laws from promoting under age gambling in the US to black market currency manipulation similar to that of the silk road. Now i'm only getting involved because i've seen the way you treat your members and if you look at any old post of big sites you see that they eventually all get banned. Mostly for stupid reasons this is because they are whining the old sites out of a position in the market making room for new sites to grow and donate more. And in exchange for this the site or "Jelsoft" enterprise takes a pretty hefty return. This is illegal and needs to stop. If this isn't fixed not only with him, but steps are taken to really make the site legitimate I will be forced to take action on a legal field. If you think i'm bluffing then go ahead.
