Dissapointed in a Moderator, Requesting another moderator to look at thread

How can he say its a successful trade when I have clearly been scammed and I want MY ACCOUNT BACK and MY 4.5M.

I want another moderator to review my scam report please. This is disgusting. I have been scammed and I want justice to be brought to this prick who scammed me. if it was a successful trade I OBVIOUSLY WOULD HAVE not made a scam report and would have been satisfied.

I have provided every detailed evidence and used the correct and proper format. PLEASE, ANOTHER MODERATOR PLEASE REVIEW THE REPORT.

GIVE ME BACK MY ACCOUNT AND MY 4.5M AND BAN THIS PRICK ALREADY.

 

You didn't show any proof that he scammed. Why don't you post a screenshot of the adventures log or a failed recovery attempt.

 

i will do that right now but what is that going to prove? It's not like I took pictures of the adventurer's log before because how would I have known this prick was going to scam me?

I feel I have provided sufficient proof already.

Gave him the 4.5m. provided the proof of that.
he confirmed it in PM. provided the proof of that.
He changed the password a few hours later and didn't begin my order. I pm'ed him demanding him to change the password to what it was before and he didn't answer me.
Now I pm'ed him again and he says "What account?". I can take a picture of this and forward this to a mod. Denying the order is certainly a red flag isn't it?

How is this not enough proof that he has indeed scammed me?

Please read my post above just edited it and now outlined all the proof I provided.

 

The problem is, it's hard to prove he changed your password. Taking a picture of the adventure log to prove he hasn't done any quest and the picture of the pm would prove he tried to scam you (I would think). Nobody forgets that you're doing an order for somebody 5 hours earlier.

He has not done anything since April 9(Day of order) He promised he would finish everything in 2-3 days.

 

You need to show more evidence.

Scammers on this site are getting trickier.

I suggest you PM a mod about this, Find every proof you have.

If all else fails, You can request for a "TRADE WITH CAUTION" on the user.

Only if you can prove that he's suspicious.

 

In your report you said, "I just got a PM back from him and he said "What account?" Now he is trying to deny the fact that He scammed me!"

Can you take a screenshot of that? Also, do you have a screenshot of him confirming the user/password worked?

I cant recover my account because I am not the original owner. I don't even know who the original owner is!

THE SCAMMER CLEARLY PM'ED ME DENYING THE TRADE AS WELL BY SAYING "WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT? WHAT ACCOUNT" when he knows himself and in his topic that the order and account was given to him.

moderator are you even going to post on my thread? Are you going to direct me and put in a position so I can gather evidence rather than just telling me to get proof?

tell me why I would make a scam report for a "successful order"?

please tell me how the order was successful when I'm a) left with no account b) scammed of my 4.5M cash and c) ignored/blocked on MSN by the scammer d) scammer is denying having access to account/order

otherwise i am still requesting another moderator to review the thread i feel i have that right. if the other moderator agrees/disagrees with me then so be it i will stop complaining about this scam then.

Thats kinda ridiculous though, he wants to call off the trade now, or atleast have access to the account, but he changed the password.

 

You're making all sorts of allegations which you have not provided proof for.

You should provide screenshots of the following:

• Adventure log showing the quests have not been completed
• The PM which was sent to you in which the user in question denied knowing anything about your trade

You must understand that the onus is on you to demonstrate that you were scammed if you're intent is to get this user banned.

Its been one and a half day now. Not a single quest or skill trained yet. He agreed to finish everything in 2-3 days. Tell me for those who think he didn't scam me, how is he going to complete the stat requirements and quest in one day and a half?

Moderator I want details of his IP as I am going to take legal responsibility and action if I don't get my account and 4.5M cash back (Online Fraud).

 

Thats more than enough proof for a ban, He is straight out denying that he knows who deezed is.

He is asking what the acc name is and the rsn so he can check what's going on. He is asking what the guy is talking about because the OP is threatening IP bans and stuff out of nowhere.

I'm not saying the guy isn't a scammer, but that pm is being misconstrued imo

 

You need to calm down, you've heard it from 10+ other members as well as myself that you didn't provide enough. Here, in this thread, there is still a substantial amount but as kabal pointed out it might just be a misunderstanding. PM him your rsn and see what he replies; if he denies it again, take another screenshot, then he'll be banned.
