Ban Appeal for iRay

I know i was told not to make a 'new' account, it just wouldn't let me log into my account on here for the ban appeal.

I was banned for a 'self vouch' that was done on 'Zach Kilns' account. I've never been on that sythe account at all. A year or two ago (sorry i'm not specific with dates, it's been a year+ sense i've talked to him). Zach was a friend of mine, but wasn't me at all. He started selling firecapes, and kilns when they came out. He got me a couple kilns and a firecape (maybe two, i don't remember), and I vouched him for doing that. I haven't talked to him sense he got banned, because he ended up quitting RS soon after that. I have no idea as to why our ip's were the 'same' unless he logged onto my account, and i'm not sure if you guys are able to check that, other than the IP thing. I don't know if this would be of any 'use' or 'help' to you guys, but i've changed my ip/isp sense then. And with my current ISP i've changed my ip 5+ times due to getting ddos'd. But, other than that, if there is anything else that you'd need to know, in order for me to get unban'd, just let me know I'd be more than happy to do so.

I don't know how I would explain it, is the thing. The vouch was done so long ago, and he was banned so long ago, I don't know how something like this would have just now came up. I don't konw why our ip's are the same, unless he got onto my account somehow recently, but the vouch for him gettin me the kiln was a real vouch was done by me, to him, after he got me a Tok-Haarkal on Runescape. There should have been proof as well, I think he posted a picture with it somewhere on the forums.

 

your reg ips match perfectly geographically. that's probably not a coincidence.

isnt this just a 2 week ban? if so, just wait it out
