Disputing my TWC [Detroit]

Hello Sythe members/staff,

I've been given a TWC as you might know.

Anyways let me explain the situation. Elena has this 30M for 10$ deal. I was at my friend ( Threag ) I'm there quite allot. I was just watching some TV. Threag was on his computer getting the RSGP to do some deals on Sythe. When he wanted to send Elena the money via paypal Pay-pal refused to send the payment because it said it was not funded. Okay we thought we'll try again later. I was on the computer of Threag this time, he was watching TV.I thought by myself, hey let's try again. So I did, but Threag's Skype was logged out. So I logged in on my Skype ( Detroit-sythe ) Then Elena asked me to post on her thread. I understood but i thought it wouldn't be a problem, since I just told her Threag was sitting next to me. So I then asked threag to logg in again. He did and then, again, when we tried to send the funds. Pay-pal refused. We tried for quite a time. And we actually got it working when we tried to send it to another address. We then went downstairs to eat, coming back to find that Elena '' cancelled the order ''. I didn't know we had a official order going on or something, otherwise we'd try harder or tried to explain.

I diden't want to appeal right away. Because I wanted the situation the cool down a bit. So here's my appeal to this TWC.

The TWC just really annoys me because it gives me the feeling that '' you shouldn't trust me'' or so. Or that people have made disputes against me but there's not enough evidence... It just really leaves a bad impression and I'd really appreciated it if it could be removed.

You have several, varying, IP matches with Threag. It's odd, you'd think that you'd only have a match with him on his home IP. I find it hard to believe that you are 2 different people

 

I woke up to a ban.. ''Investigating ... to ''Threag'' .
This is OK with me, I see that it seems like Threag and I are one. Because me and Threag are mates In real life, We logg onto my IP and into I logg onto his IP, Now since the day that we started this caused us nothing but problems.. I understand that it's hard to check if you're not self vouching if you claim to be someone else. We decided to do most of our dealings under the table. So that we won't get any problems like this. Now a few days ago Threag confessed to me that he has been active on sythe before, on an account named up in smoke. I wasn't around at that time. And he's banned on Threag for '' ban evading'' I'm not 100% sure what this means. But I guess it's being banned on one account and using the other. Now that I did my say, Let me continue to a more helpful way of posting.

If I can do anything to help you/other staff to figure out what the relation is between me and Threag I'd gladly help. I am willing to send a picture of my ID and photos of me and Threag in the same class ( I don't know if Threag is agreeing on this yet.)

PS: It may seem a silly question but why am I directly banned? I don't know who did it but probably Video, you could of just started a Private conversation with me? It doesn't matter now.

Long story short: Please continue your investigation and for any questions reply to this thread or add my Skype.

Pretty safe to say that you're 2 different people, however you can't be selling threag's names for him without specifying that the names belong to a banned user
