Disputing my recent infraction

I don't know which forum this is appropriate for, feel free to move it.

I received a recent infraction for this report:

Posting Pictures W/O my permission

I posted a public picture of someone.

The rules state:

The picture in question was not private, it was public. The picture is his Skype profile picture, in addition his Skype is also public (Also has his Skype account is public and not private).

None of the information I posted was private or sensitive, anyone could of found it. If it were private I wouldn't be disputing this infraction.
