Disputing my Ban/TWC to come

Come on guys... I'd expect a little better. Instead of reviewing it you just perm banned me instead of keeping it temporary. I'm not angry, but no one replied to the thread I created and was Permed without another word. Can someone please reply this time and consider my dispute and explain why I wasn't replied to. I'm going to post the same thing as I did before in my last thread:


MaksyRS Temporary Ban/TWC dispute.

Hi, I'm here to dispute my Temporary Ban/TWC on my account. I know the main reason behind my ban was my "Intent to Ban Evade" which was totally wrong of me to say that I would Ban Evade, as of now I am aware of the consequences that will fall on top of me and will abide strictly to the rules, I apologize greatly. I will never ban evade even if MaksyRS is never unbanned. The thing that I am however concerned about is the TWC to come after my Temporary Ban is lifted. I don't fully believe that I am to blame for my "Scamming" of Sythe user dscimpur3 as he admitted himself that other people had access to the account of the time, which, not to my surprise left out of the thread he made about me in the "Report A Scammer" section. So he himself was sure that it was him that had scammed him. This means there is much less evidence pointing towards me than appears in his thread reporting me as a scammer. He also says in the Skype chat here -

That the IPs match up, if there is any way of proving this I would like to know because I did NOT scam dscimpur3 for his money and I want to prove this with rock solid proof and set this all to sleep.

The crux of it was intent to ban evade but I understand it was likely just a heat of the moment thing, briefly gonna see if any more evidence comes forth but if not then there's no real proof that it was you and not someone else and I'll unban
