Disputing -KhaoZ- Ban

its me -KhaoZ- from my laptop on an old account I wish to dispute the ban I recieved for hacking runescape accounts and hotmails.
first I want to complain about the admin FireZ who didnt reviewed the case long enough to understand what really happened there.

I will explain step by step what happened along with proofs for everything.
1.I bought an account on mmoexchange from a guy named Jev.
2.I staked on the account and had 6b on it when suddenly he recovered the account with the 6b in it.
3.I didnt manage to recover the account thats why I hacked his hotmail with tha recovery answers he gave me when I bought the account.
4.I managed to recover the account once more with his hotmail but the money wasnt there.
5.jev opened a dispure against me on mmoexchange, at the end of the investigation he got banned for hacking the account he sold to me and stealing my 6b.
6.jev recovered the account and his hotmails and I never recieved 1gp from my missing 6b.
