Dave banned me for scamming someone. Really? After almost a week of him posting "proof" that I tried to scam him, I honestly believe that I had no intention to scam him. I have had a few trades here that have gone well, and I would see no reason to scam him at all.
I'm not willing to tarnish what I have done here as a member of Sythe at all. You may say I have scammed him but I had no intention to. Here's my reasoning. I'm studying in a Singapore Polytechnic where there are notes or anything. Everything is paper-free here because we use our laptops and the school's Internet to do our work. At the time of the trade, I was at school and it was 9am in the morning.
My school faced Internet issues and everything was down, believe it or not. Some Singaporeans who study IN Republic Polytechnic in Singapore would understand that. As to the fact that I tried to "scam" him, yes, at that exact point, I wasn't able to reply him because of the unstable connection at my school.
He did file a charge back and requested that I refund the money. And yes, I'm currently working with PP to either deliver the account or give him a full refund altogether. Here's a screen shot of proof that I'm working with PP to resolve this.

Until everything is resolved, I believe I shouldn't be banned because a person is innocent until proven guilty. Besides, he has not replied to whatever information I provided to PP, so how is it fair that I get banned? Not only that, even the guy himself is banned as well. How is it fair to me that I get banned before anything is even resolved here? I'm sorry that my schools Internet was down, but I don't understand why I'm getting banned here.
