Undeniable TWC Dispute

Not even sure why i have a TWC. I do however camp several free VPNs such as spotflux, okayfreedom, cyberghost, privatetunell. I do this solely because i get hit off so fucking much, and i am 'static'. You have no idea how many times a day i (For example) refuse to sell a torva set on pkh for 0.28\b in paypal to a new user, then they say 'lmfao nice ip' and shortly after i am hit off for 30 mins-3 hours, and it's fucking annoying.

I have never self vouched or scammed, i come on here to do small rsps based trades so in the end i can afford to buy myself some new, nice clothes irl.

If it for any other random reason, please. tell me.
