Disputing Ban - Wolfdog

[Wolfdog_Ban]

Hey,

I'm here to dispute the ban I recieved on 5/14 (around 5:00 AM est) given by Cosrob.

I was banned for self-vouching my account (wolfdog54) from the account (cheater54)

It was done nearly immediately after my joining sythe. When I found out it was not allowed, I believe I immediatly edited/deleted the post (never used it as a vouch).

Last year, I discussed that account (Cheater54) with Govind, and had him ban him permanently.

I've not tried to hide this, and once I had become more familiar with the rules, had attempted to right what I had done. When I discussed the account with Govind, I wanted to make sure that I had done all I could to verify that incident and that account would not become further issue.

I couldn't find any dispute, infractions or anything indicating he's served his ban already. And cheater54 account isn't banned.

The post were deleted when Benwise deleted all of cheater54's post when he started spamming and making threads "THIS SITE SUCK'S MY BALLS SO GO TO HELL SYTHE" 2 months later. And cheater was only banned for a week or so for spamming.

Also, the self vouching rule change to a 3 month ban a year after the self vouchingyou did, so you would of been permed instead of temped.
Is there any possible way for a global/admin to see if he did serve a punishment of some sort?

From what Wolfdog said, it seems like he didn't serve a punishment. Wolfdog shouldn't have to be banned if Govind can confirm that he was made aware of the self vouching in my opinion.

Yes, I remember being told about this over MSN a while ago. I don't have logs anymore (new computer), but I swear I remember him telling me about it, and me telling him it wasn't a big deal.

I'm happy with an unban as long everybody else is happy with it.

Edit: I'm not too happy with him not serving a punishment. I rather him serve a lesser punishment for at least talking to Govind about it.

If he discussed this with Govind directly quite some time ago and it was dealt with, I don't think it's fair that he is banned now. I would agree with an unban.

well I'm going to request an unban if govind has said its not a big deal and the error was fixed early I see no problem with an unban.
