I've been offline all weekend, as well as Monday due to a recent job change. Prior to the weekend, I freely used my account, and actually wrapped up servicing for another member of the Scythe community. I received a ban for "Self-vouching"; however, I never once posted a vouch for myself.
I started my service alone, and began with a random player I found in game, which adds up due to the vouch the other player typed for me on his newly created scythe account. He even gave me a referral, as I informed him of Scythe.
Further down my vouches, I suspect this ban was incurred for an account named Eldamar. Eldamar is a personal friend that I have known for years. Aside from a friendship, I have no affiliation with Eldamar i.e. IP addresses differ, accounts differ, location differs, etc. Eldamar (Alex) requested a service while taking a vacation, in which I completed then received a vouch for.
Eldamar and I soon begin to serve as partners in our Questing service, as soon as he was able to return from vacation, of course. From this point forward, we would take turns servicing accounts, or split the work to maximize efficiency.
With this, the vouch Eldamar initially provided to my forum was legitimate, in which I can provide picture evidence of conversations regarding the work order and the work compete for the requested service. As well as the work order evidence, I can provide evidence of conversations regarding working together as partners in our services.
These examples of evidence, of course, provide dates.
If any other Questions arise, please feel free to post them here as I can reply from a guest account.
P.S. A moderator messaged me on Scythe stating that Eldamar and I are the same person, further stating that we shared the same IP addresses; however, that's not accurate at all. I actually have reason to believe he didn't even check the IP addresses before making this accusation. I've never connected at Eldamar's home, and he's never connected at mine. We've connected at his office simultaneously a total of two times, one of which we accessed Scythe; however, that was a public wifi.
I would like to speak with a moderator first hand to clear this rather frustrating topic up.
