Disputing ban: deftnt

Wanted to clear a few things up so I can hopefully continue using the site.

All updates provided by the seller were because I had contacted him/her, it was the worst communication I've ever experienced; I had to ask every single time which generally resulted in an excuse and them finally logging into the account (we had a sales meeting etc). -- It was always the case, I would ask and they would finally begin working on my account.

I asked to swap my current order of 99 rune crafting to another skill just due to the low amounts of experience they were gaining; I was informed they were only spending 5 hours per day on my account (I was able to achieve greater exp rates within the first hour of training my own account) -- just was not worth the money I had paid and had I known they were going to put as little effort as possible in I would have not proceeded with the service.

They then proceeded to tell me that I shouldn't be expecting 24x7 (which I didn't, I just expected them to be faster than myself, which by the title of their thread; Reliable and fast (weren't reliable and definitely weren't fast).

I did stop the service today, yes; I also requested partial refund as a very dissatisfied customer; they were not willing to cooperate and I was not willing to wait months on end for my order to be completed -- and I refuse to spend $200 USD on 44-79 Runecrafting.
I tried to cooperate with them to organise something that would benefit both of us but they were not willing to work with me on this (I asked about them training another skill, I asked about partial refund) all I was given was copied and pasted terms and conditions.

I submitted a PayPal dispute for a partial refund, leaving them the amount that I deemed worthy of what I was given.

This dispute has been denied this user has failed to cooperate. He's trying to wait until the dispute is handled on Paypal before he makes any decision for his own "Benefit" that will not be tolerated.
