Disputing Awesomes ban

hello im wondering why i'm banned for ban evasion when i have only one account , and i didn't even scam anyone either as of right now i live in currently living in an apartment and i really think that this is a misunderstanding or something because nobody else used my computer , my skype is [email protected] could a mod or admin please add me and talk to me about my situation to further help me to see why i am banned and try to work this misunderstanding out
