Requesting a Pardon

The reason I cant fill out the formatted pardon is because I'm not even sure what I got banned for. Its been years and I'm not sure what I did, or if I even did anything wrong, I honestly cant remember and I was wondering if there is a pardon for something that happened years ago? I'm not sure what to do, thank you.

• Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: I think I should be forgiven because he incident was years ago and I am willing to workout a solution or pay the person for whatever it was and I'm older now and not the same maturity level as I had back then.

Before I look into this, are there any other accounts you have been banned on?

• Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: Only thing I've been banned for is "scamming" the 28m from the guy but I didn't scam him. The rest of the bans were for ban evading because of a false ban.
• Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: Okay so to start, I was falsely banned back in 2015 for scamming the guy. He had no concrete evidence that I recovered the account. Just because the account was locked does not mean I recovered it. I wasn't even the original owner of the account so there was no way for me to get the account back. The account was locked because of the IP change and Jagex locked it because they thought the account was stolen. I remember this happening now because it was complete bs, and I got banned for nothing. You can even see in the messages that the middleman, was talking to the guy I was trading with about something and so they were obviously friends and probably working together. The reason I was banned on my other accounts is because I ban evaded from something that I didn't do, I have not scammed anyone and never have. I'm an honest and truthful person. If you lookin the messages there is no concrete evidence that shows I was banned. The moderator basically just took their words and that was it. He had a screenshot of the account being locked and just said I Recovered it and that was his only proof. You can even see in the messages that I went back and helped him to get the account back, so why would I even do that if I scammed him? I would of just let it at that and not helped, but because of all the recoveries and etc the account was locked by jagex and at that point I had no control of getting it back. I don't know If the middleman confirmed it got recovered or just told the guy it looked like it, but even if so that doesn't mean anything and like I said he was probably the guys friend and just helped him out. That's why the moderator is banned or do not trade or whatever. The whole conversation is sketchy. The whole time they kept telling me to do this and that and I kept telling them it wouldn't send me the verification and then the speedmaster guy asks for a refund when I didn't even have the money, the middleman had it so how would I even be in charge of that? The whole situation was just sketchy and I remember that because it was so bizarre. Then they literally even start saying "add me on rs if he doesn't respond" when ive been literally talking the whole time, you can see I replied within a minute, just doesn't add up. Also if I scammed him then why did he wait 2 days to post a thread? If someone scammed you, you wouldn't wait 2 days to post a thread because you would be pissed and want them banned. This is what happened and I think I showed enough to prove that something was wrong and the information he gave was no reputable. Also, why does he have the houred crew guy added, but then theirs a pending friend requests for the "same guy" idk if that's a skype thing, but that just seems odd to me also.

• Imgur - The bottom picture shows were he is talking about how speedmaster is watching him talk to a friend, the second one is where it shows I'm responding within a minute and then the next one shows were I said I was responding and they were acting like I wasn't doing anything.

When it comes down to it, the guy didn't even have concrete evidence to begin with and so that ban should of never been enforced. It is also sketchy how the middleman and him kept talking in the same way and how he said he was watching his friend, so how would he even know his friend? Then when talked to he just sided with him. The account was locked by jagex because they suspected it was being sold or someone hacked it and at that point unless your the orginal owner theres nothing you can do, a risk people take when buying accounts that aren't from the original owner.
