Disputing a ban for my user

Greetings,

(Please read the text below slowly *not asking any pity!*)
Around 3 years ago I got banned from Sythe community for Scamming.
I indeed, I admit, scammed a user for roughly 7 dollars (+/- 1$).

On the year of 2010, when i first opened my real Pin selling business, was the best time of my life, w/o joking.
*I live in a family which is rather called "poor" (not trying to get pity or something close to that) so it was alot of happiness for me.*

When I opened my Pin shop, it started going well...
I was buying pins almost 2 dollars cheaper and was making more than 50% profit of every pin i ever sold until my supplier decided not to sell me no more...(he highered the price per pin but I tried to get lower...).
On that day, when I lost my supplier, I had lots of clients who wanted to buy pins but I had very few pins left...
After I had sold em all and had none left, I had one last client who wanted to buy 3 pins, each 2.50$. As i was trustworthy enough, he was willing to go first and even though i knew i had no pins left, i let him make the payment and i indeed received the money, after that I really do not know why i did that, but i blocked the user immediatly and left my business, a day later I was banned from Sythe.

I refused to give me money back until late 2012.
(On that time I didn't knew how to refund a payment until my close friend teached me...It was simply by pressing refund button -_-)

Few months passed and I made an Pardon for my user, which got around 3 approves but after 7 days the thread was closed due to lack of approves.
So here I am, trying to get those 5 approves, hoping that I could become a part of Sythe community once again, all matured up and hopefully - in the future, become a trusted man again. (This time, matured, not even close to how I was 3-4 years ago)

If someone knows how to get my old PayPal user E-Mail (I don't remember the E-Mail of it) then please contact me so I could post a picture of refund on my paypal account...
