Disputed Infraction

Viny gave me an infraction on the grounds of discrimination in this thread: http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?p=1880139#post1880139. It was worth two points. The reason why I said that I hate catholics/ etc. Is because the thread starter (the_wippit) said he won't make userbars because of religious or racial attributes. I was kind of pissed that he wouldn't make one for these reasons, so I made a joke. I don't actually hate catholics neither am I a mexican or am I racist. Take a joke?

here he says that he posted that cuase i refused to make him one for religious racial reasons, this is not true i would have gladly made him one he never asked. So obviously you didn't know why he didn't and you just assumed it was for those kind of reasons.

And I don't see a joke as one of that discriminatory matter towards someone you don't even know.

 

He never refused to make me one. He just said he wouldn't for religious/racial reasons. And I thought this was kind of stupid, so I made a joke. It wasn't racist torwards him, it was a joke torwards his policy. And if you must give an infraction, it shouldn't be 2 since it wasn't actual racism, neither was it harsh. The only thing HINTING at racism was "i am a racist mexican" which isn't making fun of him being hispanic because I am putting myself in that position, I am mocking him saying that he wouldn't make one for racial reasons.
