Dispute TWC warning for no home IP

I am currently doing my dissertation in China teaching English so when it comes to how I can access the internet there are a lot of restrictions over here and I have to use a VPN in order to play Runescape as well as use pretty much every other website.

I have followed all of the site rules and have not broken any but I am hindered by this so hopefully it can be removed. I appreciate you taking the time to read this and hopefully something can be done about it.

Never mind I managed to sell my account anyways I went first and they guy didn't scam me so its all good you can remove or leave the TWC I was only trying to sell the one account and no longer really have a use for Sythe. thanks anyways
