Dispute TWC round 3

I am making this dispute because the last Admin decided to ignore me when I showed proof.
Not to flame or anything but I just want to explain how it works here (Not a big city or anything)

Link to/reason for TWC: Home IP TWC
List of vouches since receiving TWC: (Please note: It's advisable to present vouches where the other party went first in the deal and where the deal was for a considerable sum, the more of these - the better).
Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC: I got the TWC for not posting from an Home IP when I am. Some other IPs might have been my college IP? (If this is the case I will not login there again or 4G data connection to the forum wich I can also stop doing.

Anything else you wish to say: If this gets removed can I use the account @Robintje instead of this one cuz the name is nicer?

Can an admin please please look into this. I am not a bad guy and I want to proof it but when I get ignored I can't proof it...
